Africa is for the Africans Who Love Her
Africa is not for the lovers of the master, especially those who think the master’s “ice is colder”.
Africa is not for beggars, but rather it’s for contributors.
Africa is not for partiers and people who want to get high all the time, but rather Africa is for people with goals and ambition and a sober plan on how to achieve their objectives.
Africa is not for the analysis that leads to paralysis armchair intellectuals, but rather it’s for reflective people who put theory into practice.
Africa is not for a self-hating pessimist, but rather it’s for the eternally optimistic, even if they’re sitting in the lion’s mouth.
Africa is not for fault-finders, but rather it’s for the people who see the good in others and the blame in themselves.
Africa is not for imported criminals, gangsters, and con men, the continent has enough of those already.
Africa is not for the mentally enslaved, but rather it’s for the mentally free. who absolutely know that the white man’s ice isn’t colder.
Therefore, Marcus Garvey was spot on and right when he said,
“I have no desire to take all black people back to Africa; there are blacks who are no good here and will likewise be no good there.”
Black is just a color like white; preoccupation with just color takes you nowhere fast.
On the other hand, to be African is to belong to a family, a tribe, a nation, a continent, a noble ideal.
If you’re not with the program. It’s fine. Stay out of the way of the people progress, and Stay in your comfort zone with your master, begging for crumbs and his recognition, as if he was your long lost father.
So, As Marcus Garvey wisely said,
“Africa for the Africans… at home and abroad!“
